• Comment: I would like to start off by saying the customer service representative I spoke with in regards of towing service was a bit rude! I am not going to linger on my experience with her due to the ending service I received from Billy! Billy was great , courageous and professional a had a smile on his face the entire time he was servicing my vehicle. Great customer service goes a long way! Thanks again Billy! You've changed my whole outlook on the company & provided excellent customer service!
