• Comment: When my first car caught on fire after grounding my car and trying to provide an emergency jump start for a family member, the Euless fire department dispatched b & w wrecker towing & pound CO (with my consent) & they were pretty nice and took care of the job. Sadly, the fire destroyed most of the front of the car so the next day, their customer service on the phone was very helpful. Note that the tower might label your car under a different model but as long as you bring your drivers license and registration, they will take care of you. Please understand that this is a private city service and that it will cost about $300 to retrieve your car from the pound. (It's way better than paying the tower $350-400 to drop it at your house!)
  
  Overall I'm giving them 5 ✨ because of their customer service, patience and help in directions to the Euless PD (across the street) and Fire Department for record access to copies of the official incident report to provide to my insurance company. They are not a fraud service & have been personally recommended by the Euless law enforcement for many years!
