    Andre the manager reached out to me the following morning apologizing and even refunded the additional charges that were applied. I truly appreciate that! He assured me that that is not how they run their business.

    Not transparent w/ prices. Was told one price on the phone and when I received my bill it was a different price. I called and talked to dispatch and was told that she was going to inform me of the price change, but she got busy. Scott (driver) was Amazing he apologized over and over again for the miscommunication, which I greatly appreciate, but I still had to pay the different price. Kinda wish I risked driving my car to the mechanic instead. 😕
